My small group sessions bring the best of personal training into a motivating, social setting. You’ll still get proper coaching, attention to detail, and structured programming — just with the added energy of a small, like-minded crew around you.
Each session is designed to help you build strength, improve movement quality and boost overall fitness — whether you’re just starting out or already training regularly. I’ll guide you through technique, tailor things to your ability and make sure you’re always progressing safely and confidently.
